Scheduled visits will document detailed information on the exterior and optional interior status of your home or cottage. HCW will survey access routes, exterior appearances (snow load, pests and intrusion) surroundings and entry points.

Optional interior inspections will focus on heating, plumbing, electrical, damage due to pest or insects/water leaks.

Reports will be posted online and account holders will be given access to their inspection summary.

Visits are tailor made to suit your demands. From monthly to daily, interior or exterior only, and always after severe weather. HCW can accommodate your specific needs.

Associations of six or more properties qualify for group discounts and presentations can be pre-arranged.

In the event anything should be out of the ordinary, HCW will immediately contact local authorities or you the homeowner for further instruction.
